Jeff, thank you for what had to be the most relaxing used car buying experience that I can remember. Coming to your lot (from the Lansing area) actually turned out to be a “fun” way to spend a Saturday with my daughter. We found her “Dream Car” there, and took it home that day. You and your staff went “above, and beyond” to ensure that we were satisfied with the purchase. Macatawa Auto is a really cool place to shop for a good quality, used car.I will definitely look to you for my next used car purchase.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jeff at Macatawa Auto. I went there because of a good reference by our friends. He was willing to look for a specific car that we wanted, without any type of commitment from us. He called us when he had something similar with the options we were looking for, and it turned out to be the one we purchased! He was honest and upfront about the cost and honest with our trade-in. He also went the extra mile when we needed a (unknown at time of purchase) repair on the lift gate, and helped us find a part we wanted. We have already told our friends about going to Jeff when they need to purchase their next vehicle, and we will definitely go there first when we need to downsize from the family SUV!

He didn't give me a run around on the numbers and facts about the car or anything like that. He was just really straight forward and helpful. There was zero pressure and everyone seemed very genuine.
